Charges: Truck driver in Ely intentionally hit three deer because it was 'funny'

A 20-year-old Ely man will serve three months in jail for ramming a small herd of deer with his pickup truck.
The charges against Casey Alan Meadows say he admitted using his Toyota Tundra to intentionally hit the animals on Central Avenue in Ely on the evening of March 21.
