Over 30 investors of the Cook County Real Estate Fund gathered at the newly renovated Birchbark Building last night to hold their first annual meeting of the Fund and to tour the mostly completed building.

Over 30 investors of the Cook County Real Estate Fund gathered at the newly renovated Birchbark Building last night to hold their first annual meeting of the Fund and to tour the mostly completed building.
An open house was conducted after the meeting for other potential investors to view the project. The building will be the new home of First and Second Thrift Store, North Shore Title (the Title Team), and also six independent office spaces.
This is the first project of the local real estate fund.
