Not even two days after the state Senate approved SF 73 — positioning Minnesota to become the 23rd legal-week state in the nation — the state has launched its Office of Cannabis Management website.

The agency, whose creation was included in the newly approved bill, will regulate Minnesota's cannabis market as well as the expungement of thousands of low-level marijuana convictions.
