Cook County Extension to offer free 'What's for Dinner' webinar series for caregivers of young children

Feeding young children can bring many types of challenges, from sorting through all the information and opinions out there to navigating picky eating.
This month, Cook County Extension is offering three free classes to help caregivers of young children navigate all things food.
First Foods: Feeding Infants and Toddlers
April 5th, 11:30 am-noon, Free, Register in advance
A lot of things have changed in terms of feeding infants and toddlers. This session will provide the latest information on feeding young children. Participants will also learn strategies to help children establish a lifetime of healthy eating.
Choosy Eaters: Feeding Preschoolers

The preschool years can be a fun and frustrating time when it comes to your child's food habits. Learn simple things you can do to encourage children to try new foods.

In this webinar, you will learn about "Rusty Bumblebee's Cooking Club for Kids." This free online cooking club is for parents and caregivers of children 2-8 years old. It's a fun way to spend time with young children while role-modeling healthy eating.
