Cook County Community Fund & DSACF Applications due in two weeks

Cook County Community Fund

Now accepting applications from nonprofit organizations with great projects for the spring grant round. If awarded, these funds would be available beginning in July 1.

To apply, set up an account in our online grant portal. After a short eligibility quiz you'll begin the process. Most Community Foundation funds use the same application. Explore tips and how-to videos for applying on our website.

 

Applications are due no later than 5 PM Monday, April 3, 2023.
