Travel conditions remain treacherous in many areas Thursday morning after the winter storm hammered the region Wednesday into Thursday.

A no-travel advisory has been issued for portions of state highways and Interstate 90 in southern Minnesota due to dangerous driving conditions from the winter blizzard.
