Duluth becomes one of Minnesota’s COVID ‘test-to-treat’ sites by mid-June

Three Minnesota COVID-19 testing locations will soon be a test-to-treat site, Duluth being one of them.

Three Minnesota COVID-19 testing locations will soon be a test-to-treat site, Duluth being one of them.
This means Minnesotans who get tested for COVID-19, have a positive result, and are considered as “high-risk,” will get a prescription for medication.
To get tested is still free.
If you get a positive COVID-19 result you can choose to be evaluated on site by a clinician and given a prescription for the antiviral medication Paxlovid.
The medication will also be free.
The testing site opens in Duluth will June 14.
Walk-ins are accepted but appointments are recommended.
Only high-risk patients will receive a prescription.
Additional test-to-treat locations will open in Brooklyn Park and Moorhead.
