Julio David Clauson, 20, is facing three counts of felony criminal sexual conduct. He faces up to 5 years in prison for each charge. 

Court documents say the incidents happened in the spring and summer of 2020. Prosecutors say he admitted to having sex with two underage girls on the Range.

He would allegedly get in touch with them over Snapchat and then meet up in person and pressure them to have sex with him. The victims were between 14 and 15. 

Clauson's now ex-girlfriend is the one who turned him in. She found the Snapchat messages on his phone and turned them over to authorities. 

"I had a lot of guilt. This was a guy I thought I knew. I should have seen the signs," Tianna Saltzman said.

She said she believes there are even more victims, and she hoped that by doing a TV interview, more would come forward to police. 

"With being a mother, you are supposed to teach your children. And I wanted my daughter to look back at this -- and, yes, it's a horrible situation -- but I want her to look back at it and see that her mom was strong enough to go against someone she cared about," she said. 

Saltzman and Clauson have a 1-year-old daughter together. 

Clauson is also accused of kidnapping two girls from a park in Marshall County, Minn. The St. Louis County criminal complaint says the investigation is still open because investigators think this was a pattern and additional charges may be coming.

He is being held at the St. Louis County Jail on $100,000 bond. He is due back in court Aug. 19.
