Two Harbors Police are asking for the public's help in locating 31-year-old Bettina "Tina" Rhea Rasmussen.

Rasmussen is described as a 5'1 white female with brown hair and blue eyes.

She was last seen around 4:30pm on July 18th just west of the Holiday gas station on Highway 61 in Two Harbors.

At that time, she was wearing a light colored tank top, pinkish colored shorts, furry or buckled sandals and she may have been carrying a backpack or beach style bag.

Police say Rasmussen is an insulin dependent diabetic and it is believed she does not have proper and necessary medication with her.
