Dakotah Lindwurm is the 2021 Grandma's Marathon winner in the women's race.

Lindwurm is the first Minnesota woman to win the race since 1987. The 26 year-old is a Minnesota native from Eagan.  Lindwurm finished with a time of 2:34:02.

In 2019 she finished in fourth place with a time of 2:30:38.

 Milton Rotich is the 2021 Grandma's Marathon winner in the men's race. Rotich finished with a time of 2:13:04. The 35-year-old is from Kenya.
