A Two Harbors man has withdrawn his guilty plea for allegedly causing a hit-and-run crashthat injured multiple people.

36-year-old Rodney Scandin was set to be sentenced Monday for last summer's crash in Midway Township. 

Five people were injured in the crash, some very seriously.

The 36-year-old pleaded guilty to five counts of criminal vehicular operation in October.

His next court appearance is March 15.
