Purchased for backcountry rescues, the Traverse Rescue stretcher breaks down and fits into its own backpack. Also acquired was the Terra Tamer “mule wheel” from Cascade Rescue. Made out of titanium, this fat tire and frame makes carrying patients out of rough terrain a breeze!
Special thanks to Hovland resident John Peterson, whose generous donation made purchase of the ultralight Terra Tamer a reality. His donation won him a ticket to become the first person to get a ride.
