The event will be held at Tettegouche State Park on Saturday between 1-4pm.  From the MN DNR - Posted:  January 23, 2019.  Meet at the Visitor Center

Join the park naturalist on a leisurely snowshoe stroll up the Baptism River to the frozen Cascades. Along this route we are sure to see tracks and animal signs galore, as the critters use this area like a highway in the winter. In past years we have seen signs of wolves, coyotes, deer, otters, raven, and many, many more. 1.5 miles, round-trip.

If you need use a pair of our snowshoes, at no charge for this event, please arrive at the Visitor Center about 15 minutes or more early.

This event will be cancelled if the air temperature is below -10F at the start of the program.
