A resurfacing and drainage improvement project on Minnesota Highway 1 between the Kawishiwi River and Isabella in Lake County is completed, the Minnesota Department of Transportation announced Wednesday, Oct. 3.
Motorists traveling on Minnesota Highway 1 between Finland and Isabella in Lake County were restricted to a single lane of traffic controlled by flaggers since a resurfacing and culvert repair project began July 23.
The $2.5 million project resurfaced approximately 15 miles of pavement and repaired 17 culverts
