Over the last few months, the Grand Marais planning and zoning commission has been closely examining 1st-floor lodging as an allowed use in the downtown waterfront zone. City staff have developed a potential zoning amendment to address concerns brought to the commission by a group of businesses in downtown Grand Marais. The planning commission would like your input on the proposed downtown zoning changes.
