Dear Boreal E-mail Customers,
Over the next several weeks, you will be receiving a call or e-mail from the team at Boreal. We are working to move your e-mails to a different server.
YOU WILL NO LONGER RECEIVE E-MAILS TO YOUR BOREAL E-MAIL ADDRESS AFTER SEPTEMBER 1ST IF YOU FAIL TO CONTACT US.
What does this mean to our valued customers? Your e-mail address will not be lost or changed. You will not lose your e-mails. The amount of spam that you have been receiving will also decrease dramatically.
We are simply moving the data to a more secure server. Our current equipment is older and due for retirement. We are working hard to get this done before the equipment fails, as it did several years ago. Our goal is to have this wrapped up by early fall.
We are asking that you work with the team at Boreal and set up the appointment time when they contact you. They will assist with changing the settings on all of your personal devices so that this migration is as painless and simple as possible for you. There are absolutely no charges associated with moving this data and setting up your devices. Your e-mail data are important to us and will remain secure and confidential during this transfer process.
Our customers who have already made this transition have found the process to be easy and the results positive with a noticeable reduction in unwanted spam-type emails.
