Shower and thunderstorm chances continue across eastern portions of northeast Minnesota and northwest Wisconsin tonight as a cold front slowly slides through. The best chance of storms is across northwest Wisconsin.

The heavy rainfall threat has diminished, however additional rainfall accumulation is expected. This could exacerbate flooding in areas where flooding is ongoing. We have had reports of folks crossing flooded roadways and becoming stranded.

If you encounter a flooded road, DO NOT CROSS IT! THE ROAD MAY HAVE BEEN WASHED AWAY AND NOT ACTUALLY THERE!

Report flooded roads to local law enforcement, and let us know when you safely can.
