August 14, 2017 – Weather permitting, blacktop maintenance will begin today on CSAH 12 (Gunflint Trail) near Loon Lake. Astech Corp, the crack sealing contractor, expects road work on Gunflint Trail will take one to two days between Old Gunflint Trail and Gunflint Narrows.  Surface crack sealing of CSAH 7 (5th St W) from 5th Ave W to Highway 61, and a section of CSAH 2 (Sawbill Trail) is expected later this week.

Schedule is subject to change based on weather conditions. A rolling lane closure will be in place to accommodate the work. Motorists are asked to use extra caution, obey all signage and plan for slight delays.
