How to Join our Co-op  Joining is easy.  Just fill out a membership form at the Co-op.  Memberships are "Household" memberships and  entitle everyone shopping from the member household to a member discount on purchases.  Joining the Co-op also entitles  each  member household to vote at membership meetings and  to vote  for the Board of Directors of the Co-op, with one vote per  member  household.  The only obligation to continue  membership is to  make the $12.00 annual contribution to the  member's Equity  account until the lifetime maximum is reached.  For more information on our Equity  system click the  button below. Equity Payment options           Member Discounts  For belonging to the Co-op  -  all members get a 5% discount on  5th of the month  Monthly coupons for 5% off a $50 purchase are sent to members  in the newsletter  Seniors(60+) get an additional 5% off coupon good on an  additional $50 purchase.  Working members get additional discounts, depending on the number of volunteer hours worked.  Note: some items, such as produce and freezer items excluded   from discounts. Special Orders  Working members can order items from our suppliers' catalogues  at only 25% to 30% under the Co-op's retail rpice.  Non-working members can  order items at 20% to 25% under retail.  Non-members may also take advantage of this service, but will pay  the regular retail prices.  See the Special Orders page on this site  to order by email, or fill out an order form at the store.
